Cumulus Nederland BV, located at Korte Beijerd 3A 5431 NP CUIJK the Netherlands, has as its main activities advising customers and searching for the most suitable solution for humidification and water treatment in industrial processes or buildings, producing and installing water treatment and humidification systems on site. This is mainly done in a business-to-business relationship.

Cumulus Nederland BV is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy statement. Cumulus attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy. This statement also includes Cumulus Group BV, Cumulus Lease en Service BV and Cumulus Luftbefeuchtungstechnik GmbH.

What does de GDPR legislation mean by processing?

Cumulus Nederland BV processes your personal data in order to carry out its business activities, because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

We process personal data from visitors to our website, contacts from companies interested in our services, clients, parties involved with our clients and assignments, suppliers, applications, interns and employees:

• Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, bank details;
• Business correspondence we have had with you about services/products/projects.

The processing of the data of our interns and employees is not covered by this privacy statement. We apply an internal privacy statement for them.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
This is done in accordance with the applicable legal obligations. We process your data for the following purposes:

• to offer, deliver and adapt the agreed services, products and/or information to your needs and wishes;
• to send you a newsletter, offer, user information, service message or other electronic message;
• recruiting staff and assessing the suitability of applicants;

In this copy, black our your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN). Do you object to the recording of your data, or the way in which it is recorded, or do you wish to restrict this? Please report this to the Data Protection Officer.

You can, of course, submit a complaint. Please clearly state in your letter which right you wish to exercise or which use of your data you object to. The complaint must be reasonable and not contrary to our legal objections. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
