The completion of one of the largest office projects in the Netherlands for the largest international organisation based in the Netherlands, by TBI companies J.P. van Eesteren en Croonwolter&dros, is a fact.
Besides being a very pleasant working environment for about 2,000 employees and many visitors, the complex has created a landmark for Rijswijk. Mark van Wordragen, director of Croonwolter&dros: “Modern architecture, technology and sustainability work well together here. Much of the technology is hidden in the office building and underground. Water is collected, buffered and filtered in the pond. It is also used for cooling the IT rooms and the HVAC system, as well as for influencing the soil balance of the sustainable Heat and Cold Storage."
